The site lies within North Norfolk’s ‘Heritage Coastline’ and is located on the edge of an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ and a ‘Site of Special Scientific Interest’

The new building provides hygienic landing, catch handling, temperature controlled stores and packing facilities for shellfish.
